11月15日下午，国际学生入学教育活动举行。国际交流学院院长姚杰，副院长郭慧君、沈月红，以及国际交流学院全体教师参加本次活动。此外，国际交流学院邀请上海市出入境管理局外国人管理处王韬、陈珏警官，上海市公安局文化保卫分局汪辉、黄明远警官作为特邀嘉宾为国际学生开展宣讲教育。

之后，王韬、陈珏警官为国际学生开展出入境宣传教育，详细讲解了外国人校外住宿登记、在华就业工作签证、违法违纪限期离境、毕业生签证办理等相关政策、注意事项及解决办法。

随后，汪辉、黄明远警官为国际学生开展普法安全教育，通过生动详实的案例、图片及影像资料向同学们强调了在沪的行车安全、人身及财物安全、禁毒等安全问题。

最后，国际交流学院教师为国际学生讲解学校教学、奖学金、签证、缴费和保险等相关规章制度，介绍国际学生社团——汉寻社特色活动，并组织召开班会活动。
