根据《高等学校要求外国留学生购买保险暂行规定》的要求，在华学习的国际学生必须购买指定的来华人员综合保险。在华学生在办理学籍注册时必须出示在有效期限内的保险凭证，否则将不予办理注册。
所有境内国际学生（含各类奖学金生和自费生）自行登录网站（http://www.lxbx.net），购买保险，并留存保险凭证，具体购买教程见“lixin国际交流”微信公众号。
境内中国政府奖学金生的保险费用，将由学校统一退还至学生境内银行卡；
境外学生暂不需要购买保险，在确定入境前再购买保险。
In accordance with the requirements of the “Provisional Regulations for Compulsory International Student Insurance at Colleges and Universities, international students who stay in China must handle the specified insurance. International students who are in China shall present the valid insurance-paid proof when registration; otherwise, the new semester’s registration would be rejected.
Students (including scholarship students) who are currently in China need to purchase the insurance before registration. For Chinese government scholarship students who are currently in China, the insurance fee will be refunded to students’ bank account.
Students who are currently out of China do not need to purchase the insurance temporarily. They can purchase insurance when ready to enter the country.
